The world that Reaver and Silas woke up in, is far from the world they once knew. His resolve and resilience will be tested when a mysterious pink proxy worm is captured in the plaguelands, giving Elish hope that he can engineer a plagueworm that will decimate the proxy worm population.

But while Elish and his new found family work towards exterminating the proxy worm, Sanguine and his beloved partner are out in the plaguelands searching for Hunter and Azrael. What Sanguine ends up finding however, hints that not all is what it seems, and that the man Sanguine just got back, may not have the family’s best interests in mind.
